Atlantis Marine Projects developed the concept and constructed the Fabrication Yard in Saldanha Bay for Ferrormarine Africa.
This facility which is situated on 230 000m² comprises of a High Bay Fabrication shop supported by steel cutting, profiling, blasting and priming shops. In addition to the offices and ablution facilities for over 700 personnel, this facility has over 240 welding stations, an 8 bar ringmain and welding stations. The fabrication yard also has its own 35m quayside and 130m pipe and pile welding line.
